Today I thought I would share some details of what I’ve been wearing and documenting over on Instagram. I’ve neatly settled into my uniform for the winter of various over the knee boots (seriously, I can’t get enough!) so most outfits are pretty much just variations of this. I’m an inherently lazy dresser at heart so whenever I find something I like, I tend to stick with it (case in point – I bought this LOFT cami three times over in different colours, I love it that much!).

My coat is from Zara last year and unfortunately they didn’t bring it back this year but I would always recommend checking out Zara for coats – they’re so affordable and always look much more expensive than they are. I’m so glad I got the lowland boots in a lighter colour otherwise I suspect I would be in so many head to toe black outfits! I’ve been trying to make more of an effort to wearing lighter colours as I think they look so pretty in winter – they have definitely helped!

Grey sweater // Denim jeans // High heeled over the knee boots // Chloe Drew

This is one of my favourite casual-but-a-bit-glam outfits that I’ve worn recently. It’s difficult to see from the photos but I’m wearing the Stuart Weitzman Highland boots which are far and away my absolute favourite style from them. I’m so glad I took the plunge because I was dithering about how practical I would find the Highlands. I won’t go into too much detail because I do have a review comparing all three styles (the highlands, lowlands and 5050 boots) coming up next week but I needn’t have worried. They are comfier, chicer and more flattering than I could ever have imagined!

This sweater is also ridiculously soft and fast become a favourite of mine. I also brought along my Chloe Drew for my travels (I took this snap in Vegas) and I’m so glad I did – it’s become such a favourite, I would highly recommend!

This outfit was from when it was still fairly warm (I went away for two weeks and it was freezing when I got back!). The jacket is a firm favourite of mine (and is currently on sale!) and I LOVE this shirt with the criss-cross detailing. I meant to get another whilst in the US and I completely forgot which I am kicking myself for now!

I don’t know how many times I’ve worn this cami from LOFT in the three weeks I’ve owned it. I’ve paired it jeans, work skirts, fancy evening skirts – pretty much everything! Such a great basic. It comes in three colours and naturally, I bought them all. A must have if you’re in the US and still worth the extra shipping if you’re in the UK IMO! I am also LOVING this biker jacket that I bought. I’m not really a biker jacket kind of girl usually but this one is gorgeous and the rich tone is perfect for the cooler months.

This was a Black Friday sale outfit – I paired my new herringbone vest (make sure to size down!) with another one of my favourite cashmere sweaters that I picked up. I also debuted my new Tory Burch bag! I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to get a everyday black bag – I’m not sure what I was thinking! I’ve been using it consistently since I got it and I definitely have some thoughts to share on it – I think I might do a Perry tote/ T Block tote comparison on my channel soon for those of you interested.

And then finally, a slightly more boring outfit – simple crew neck sweaters are a staple of my work wardrobe and I’ll often choose them instead of stuffier shirts to pair with skirts. This cashmere one is a favourite of mine (I own it in cream and black and they wear fantastically well) and this camel pencil skirt is one of my favourites. It’s not available in camel at the moment, but J Crew have a few other colours.

I wore this to the cinema to watch Keeping Up With The Joneses (which I loved!) – and it was the perfect comfy-but-still-chic outfit choice! I’m still loving my ankle boots and I paired them with my other go-to favourites, this draped top and some faux-leather leggings which are amazing value for money for £22 and which I’ve already gotten a ton of wear out of.

We went out for dinner on Monday night to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and I needed something that was work appropriate but nice enough to go to a fairly fancy restaurant where the dress code was ‘smart and glam’ (I wish I was kidding). I went for this dress that I hauled on my channel a little while ago which I absolutely love and added a little bling with a statement necklace.

Black Cut-Out Dress // Over-The-Knee Boots

Amusingly however, I actually booked the restaurant reservation on completely the wrong day. For some reason I was convinced our anniversary was the 24th when Dan actually realised the next day that it was the 26th! I’m clearly not winning any girlfriend of the year awards haha!

So instead of not doing anything on our actual anniversary, we decided to go out for a casual meal. This dress has become a new favourite of mine for its versatility and cute cut-out detail on the shoulder. I bought the over-the-knee boots last year and they have been such a great buy. They are pricey but well worth the money IMO, so much so that I have my eye on another pair!

Now for an outfit I wore in Bali. I discovered the brand MISA a few months ago and have since bought a few of their items. They are all super cute with great fit and so I always make it a point to check out their new arrivals now! I wore this dress a few times on holiday and for this outfit, paired it with my favourite sandals (SO comfy!) and my trusty MK holiday clutch.

I wore this dress to a dinner to celebrate my mum’s birthday and I loved it! For $70, it was an absolute bargain and looked way more expensive than it was. I’m not entirely sure the shoes match but I left the ones I actually wanted to wear at work so I made do 🙂 My clutch is vintage even though I got a few comments thinking it was the Dior version! Mine obviously isn’t available anymore so I linked a similar one.

And finally, I thought I’d share this outfit I snapped at work because it’s become a favourite of mine recently. I’ve always avoided wear white skirts in Autumn/ Winter but I have been loving wearing this one with a simple black crew neck and some patent heels. Very comfy and polished enough for my office.

I’ve been a little lacklustre with my outfit posts on here recently due to the same old excuse, ‘not enough time’! The next month looks like it’s going to be busier than ever – in order,  I have a friend’s birthday, a work weekend with Dan in Birmingham, my brother’s wedding and a holiday all coming up before the end of September. I’m busy trying to ensure I have enough video content for all the time I’m away but I’m hoping to squeeze in at least one or two new outfit posts along the way. In the meantime, I thought I would share some recent outfits that I posted on Instagram.

I am so in love with the dress I bought for my  birthday! It’s from Privacy Please and is just so fun and flirty! I felt great in it all night and even Dan loved it (and he rarely compliments my clothes!). This style is sold out but they do this exact print in a couple of other styles that I’ve linked above.

White Ruffle Top // J Brand jeans // Gianvito Rossi pumps

I recently bought these Gianvito Rossi pumps in white (I already have them in grey/ black) and I am in love. They are such a fantastic neutral and seem to go with everything! They fit half a size big in my opinion and in terms of comfort, I would say they are moderate. Much more comfy than Louboutins and even Valentino Rockstuds. I wore them all night long for my birthday and was fine 🙂

This was one of the Michael Kors items I showed in my workwear haul. The quality is beautiful and best of all, it comes with pockets!

Louis Vuitton Neverful MM

I love these jeans although I would recommend sizing up! I’m usually a 27 and got a 28 in these – and they are still a little snug. My favourite brand of jeans are usually J Brand but I find Topshop jeans to be a great, more affordable alternative – especially for more trendy styles like ripped cropped jeans 🙂

Pink ruffle dress

I wore this out to lunch when Dan’s mum was visiting for the day. It was a particularly windy day so was a poor choice of outfit (we had lunch right by the river!) but I still loved it – it’s so feminine and pretty!

I LOVE this top! It’s such a flattering shade and the drape on it is gorgeous. I’ve already worn this both casually and to the office and it works great for both occasions. It’s also a steal for the price.

If you watch my videos, you are probably already familiar with this top! This has got to be one of my favourites from summer – I absolutely adore everything about it and is such a good price as well. Perfect with white and dark denim jeans.
