Boho was so 2012? Zero cares – I saw this dress and fell in love! I love me a good maxi dress but for some reason, I only wear them in summer… until now of course 🙂 The print could verge on curtain-chic but thankfully, they included a draw-string waist so there is a bit more shape to it. It’s nice quality for the money and definitely makes a nice change from my usual casual jeans and booties uniform of late. 

I paired it with my favourite new bargain finds – a H&M floppy hat and my new velvet shoes, which I am absolutely in love with! You can see more of these in my ‘10 Autumn Essentials‘ video that just went up so I’ll try not to bore you too much but I think these are such a great way of doing the velvet trend without breaking the bank. It seems like everyone thought the same thing though as they seem to be selling out quickly! There’s a few sizes left at House of Fraser (UK) and whilst Nordstrom do have them, the stock seems to be limited.  Your best bet seems to be Amazon which still has a pretty healthy supply (the dusty rose colour is amazing!).
