Ruffled Up

This was probably my favourite outfit combination from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I bought the two pieces separately but I love the way they work together! It’s definitely a romantic look but I love how the wrap front/ slit makes it just a little bit younger and fun 🙂

DETAILS
Cold Shoulder Wrap Top
Floral Skirt
Christian Louboutin Pumps
Gucci Marmont Bag

There’s still a couple of sizes left in each and I have noticed Nordstrom restocking almost on a daily basis as and when they get returns in so it’s definitely worth checking back if an item you had your eye on sold out quickly!

I hope everyone is having a great week so far! Thank you for stopping by 🙂

I love this look!! These two pieces match so well together and transition well into the fall season. I am still waiting on my Nordstrom order to arrive, can’t wait! It’s amazing that they restock or else I would not have gotten some of the items haha.

Hi Amy! Would you consider making a post about “handbag spas” or handbag restorations? 🙂

A couple of years ago I bought a vintage Chanel in Tokyo, in a pale cream calfskin leather finish. It is in good condition, but unsurprisingly it would benefit from a good clean and some minor restorations. I have sadly learned that Chanel no longer offers any spa services for bags older than 2 years (I believe).

There are other companies that offer handbag spa services, but I must admit I am a bit hesitant about sending it away. What if they do a bad job? And could some restorations decrease the value of the bag, despite it looking in better condition (like changing the lining)? And which treatments are the most “risky”? It would be very useful to get some information about what to consider if you wish to retore a designer bag, and I find that I can always trust your research and advice 🙂
